For specialists already using Bellabee, few instructions from the field

WORKING WITH USERS, GIVING THEM INSTRUCTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS
MIGRAIN
You might be a bit more sensitive, so I would suggest 9Hz for 30 minutes in the custom settings app. The anti-anxiety app's frequency might be causing some discomfort in your case. See if that helps, if you still feel a bit off, then 10Hz should be ok as it will relax in the mid alpha range which should relax the entire brain and calm you down without causing pain. If this does not work I suggest seeing a neurofeedback specialist determine if something else is off which also needs adjustment. You will then require a custom app for your specific case. You can also try 11 Hz if 10 doesn't work. Some individuals have a higher Alpha peak frequency and that is why a too high or too low frequency can cause discomfort. If we do not have a QEEG we have to, unfortunately, test it out this way to see where you lie and which frequency works best.

GAMA
There is a direct relationship between gamma and long term memory inside the temporal lobe. Weak gamma shows people have long term memory issues. I have not stimulated gamma to know if long term memory will improve though, but I expect if gamma resonates more and more active that long term memory should improve. Also, alpha and gamma work in harmony, if I remember I read a research paper where alpha desynchronizes and gamma synchronizes when working or vice versa, the point is they work hand in hand.

CREATIVITY
Creativity requires your brain to be relaxed and focused, the best app for that would be the concentrate app. If the brain is relaxed your creativity will be flowing more easily, I am not sure if you want creativity with regards to numbers or something like painting and art, but in both cases, it should help. If the concentrate app does not help enough, try using custom for 10Hz 10 minutes and then 12 Hz 10 minutes, followed by 15Hz 10 minutes. The alpha waves will relax the brain while the lo-beta will help ignite a sense of I want to try this, or I know I can do this inside the brain. I hope that helps.

DEPRESSION
Depression is related to low beta waves, so in order to help them first start with the concentrate app, it helps alpha and beta, then they also need to relax a bit as depression can cause anxiety as well, so after concentrate use the anti-anxiety app. I would recommend in that order as well.

RHYTHM, NEUROPLASTICITY
Brain waves take time to move into a more stable state. When alpha is not resonating at optimal levels, you will see that learning of new information takes longer, which means brain synchronization is not where it needs to be, this typically also shows that beta brain waves are higher than where they need to be, meaning concentration jumps quickly so focus does not stay long. What do doctors do, they give Ritalin, or some other beta-blocker, which only creates problems later on. The reason is that the serotonin we produce at the neuro levels burns too quickly, so we do not replace it quickly enough to keep focus and concentration, hence the reason chemicals slow down the burn rate. The problem is that we actually take the brains' natural order and stabilization levels away and make it dependent on a chemical substance. Over time kids do not want to eat, they get sleep problems and in some cases, psychological issues also come in. So when they reach adult stage, they can not cope with life, pressure and other demanding tasks, and the reason is when the brain was in its forming stage, it was prevented from developing coping mechanisms to help it via nature stabilize and get to a normal operating level, now the brain never learned what to do when there is not enough serotonin, it just slowed down the burn rate, but the natural elements never kicked in to replace it to keep it at optimal levels. With a Bellabee we are just giving the brain a rhythm we know works at the best possible levels because neuroscience has already proven at what levels people focus the best, operate the best etc. The waves are just a bit out, so we give the brain a rhythm via the electromagnetic pulse, and brains' love rhythm, that is why moods change when listening to music, it can calm you or excite you. So we tell the brain to follow this rhythm and then nature realizes Oh wait if I resonate at these levels, I feel good and I can produce more serotonin, so let me keep focus for longer, the end result is after some time, the brain has learned to keep those levels intact as it like to operate at optimum levels.
